The Picnic Area at Harbor Park is a great venue to hold your annual company picnic, reward important clients and employees or entertain family and friends. Perfect for groups big and small, the Picnic Area is available for pre-game and in-game picnics for groups of 50 or more.
The recently renovated Picnic Area features a covered space with picnic tables, high-top tables and an outstanding view of the action. With a picnic, your group's name will appear on the scoreboard throughout the game, and your name will be heard on the Tides game broadcast on ESPN Radio 94.1.
Seating is "open-seating", and there are no designated areas for individual groups. Only two different menu choices are allowed during a picnic, so there is a chance your menu may be based on another group's menu selection. Food is served during two sessions per game. Specially priced coupons redeemable for draft beer (during the time of your picnic only) are available for $7.00 each. Any number may be purchased at the time of settlement, with a minimum purchase of 50 required.
All picnic menu prices include a game ticket and 12.5% state and city tax.
In the event that your date is postponed, we will attempt to work with you to reschedule your group outing to another date. Please note that you are required to hold on to all of your tickets, as they will need to be returned when your group reschedules. If no satisfactory group date is available, your rainchecks will be honored for any remaining non-restricted regular-season home game during the season. The Tides are unable to give cash refunds.
The city of Norfolk charges $6.00 per vehicle for home games at Harbor Park. The city of Norfolk reserves the right to raise the price at any time.
