Key Responsibilities:

- Professional Angle and Shot Selection: Execute a variety of camera angles, including close-ups, wide shots, and action shots, creating dynamic visuals that enhance key game moments for replay and highlight segments.

Job Duties
- Assists in the day-to-day operation of the Team Store
- Ensures all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt, courteous service
- Greet and assist all customers, helping them through the entire shopping experience

- Keeps the Team Store visually appealing and organized in the manner directed by the Director of Promotions and Merchandise

The Rochester Red Wings, Triple-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals, play at Frontier Field located in downtown Rochester, NY. The playing surface is a sand-based Kentucky bluegrass field that hosts 75 Minor League Baseball games, high school baseball games, boy/girl scout sleepovers, kids’ camps, batting practices as well as other special events. Responsible for the following: mowing, repairing mound and plate areas, assisting with infield skin maintenance, sodding, aerating and topdressing, tarp pulls and preparing field during inclement weather, set up and tear down of batting practice and special events.

Performance Center Assistants play a critical role in ensuring athletes have a safe, professional, and productive experience during team rentals, hitting leagues, and clinics.
