Package Availability
Video board messages are available on a first-come, first-served basis each game. A maximum of 10 total packages are available per game, including both in-seat delivery packages and standalone video board messages. Once a game reaches full capacity, it will be removed from the request form.
Message Content and Length
Video board messages are capped at 80 characters and are subject to availability first come, first served (10 per game). The Indians do not permit messages that are obscene or include offensive language, and reserve the right to edit any message if necessary.
Payment and Refunds
Payment and appropriate messaging must be submitted 48 hours in advance of the game. Payment is online only. No refunds on video board messages. If your game is rescheduled, the message will be played during the make-up game. Please note that if you are sitting in the lawn, celebration packages will not be delivered to the seat location but instead can be picked up at Guest Relations behind Section 109.
Proceeds
Net proceeds from Video Board Celebration Package purchases support the Indianapolis Indians’ Community Outreach initiatives, which help the team, staff and Rowdie make a positive impact throughout Central Indiana. Through these efforts, the Indians work to strengthen youth and families, promote education, encourage healthy living and foster neighborhood development by partnering with local nonprofits and community organizations such as Indy RBI, Indianapolis Public Library Foundation, Children's TherAplay and many more.

Net proceeds from Video Board Celebration Package purchases benefit Indianapolis Indians Charities (IIC), the team’s nonprofit that is dedicated to helping youth and families grow stronger together, learn more and live healthier lives by supporting organizations in four key areas: youth development, family success, education and neighborhood development. IIC works with local nonprofits like Indy RBI and Gleaners Food Bank, among many others.
