Executives

Seth Silber is a part-owner and President of the Fredericksburg Nationals. He assumed the role of President after the purchase of the FredNats by Diamond Baseball Holdings in 2025, following his family’s ownership of the team that began in Prince William County back in 1990.

Seth was instrumental in the team’s relocation to Fredericksburg leading up to the inaugural 2021 season, including negotiating of the team’s agreement with the City of Fredericksburg, attracting early Founding Sponsors and season ticket holders, and substantial involvement in the design and construction of Virginia Credit Union Stadium.

As President, Seth has a significant role in day-to-day operations, and will continue to provide strategic direction for the business and its continued deep involvement in the community. His involvement in the community includes being a founder and co-chair of the Fredericksburg Free Press, and serving on the boards of the Fredericksburg Area Museum and Sunshine Ballpark. He also continues to practice law in the antitrust practice of a national law firm in Washington, D.C.

Seth grew up as a diehard Philadelphia Phillies fan, but made the leap to the Nationals when the former Potomac Cannons affiliated with the Expos upon their relocation to DC in 2005. He has been a Washington Nationals season ticket holder since 2005.

Robert Perry begins his third year with the FredNats as the Vice President of Creative Services and Assistant General Manager.

Before joining the FredNats, Robert worked for three years as the Director of In-Game Entertainment for the Jackson Generals. Prior to that, he attended Liberty University and worked for the marketing department for the Liberty Flames Men's Hockey Team.

Robert grew up in the former Soviet Union, in a small nation called Latvia for 11 years, before moving to Nashville, TN. He loves to roam downtown Fredericksburg and is a true believer that no one circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills.

Quentin was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised right here in Fredericksburg, VA. Quentin played football in high school as well as baseball growing up. He attended Old Dominion University (Roll Narchs) where he graduated in 2020 with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Marketing. Quentin has done internships for ODU’s Athletic Communications Department as well as the Norfolk Tides!

Quentin is entering year four with the Fredericksburg Nationals and is super pumped about this upcoming season, especially after winning a championship this past year. In his leisure time, you can find Quentin enjoying some brews cheering on his favorite Philly sports teams, kicking it with friends and family.

Partnerships

Charly Zuetlau, originally from Albuquerque, NM, is in her third season as the Director of Business Development for the FredNats, working with sponsorship partners and the FXBG community.

A longtime baseball fan, she grew up watching the Albuquerque Dukes, which fostered her love for baseball. She and her husband of 35 years, a retired Air Force veteran, have called Stafford home for 20 years. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, including her grandson, Squish, and two rescue dogs.

A passionate sports fan, she supports the UNM Lobos, Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees. She also advocates for animal rescue, frequently assisting with dog transports.

Operations

Born and raised in Seymour, Indiana, Alex has been in sports his whole life, especially basketball. Alex was a student athlete at Midway University where he played varsity basketball for five years and obtained his master's degree. Alex has previously worked for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as a member of the grounds crew and the Asheville Tourists as stadium operations associate before joining the FredNats. You can easily find him almost anywhere because of his height.

During the offseason, you can find Alex cheering on his beloved Indiana Pacers and Michigan State Spartans.

A native of Charlottesville, VA, Nate Burton joined the FredNats in February 2025 as the new Head Groundskeeper. Burton comes to Fredericksburg after spending the 2024 season in the Carolina League with the Charleston RiverDogs as the Assistant Groundskeeper.

Burton spent the 2023 baseball season on the Washington Nationals' grounds crew in D.C. after graduating from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg. He was a three-year member of the baseball team, graduating with a degree in Business Accounting. He also earned a graduate degree in turf management from the University of Georgia in 2024.

Burton returns to the FredNats after spending the inaugural 2021 season with the team as an operations intern.

Business Administration

Kelly enthusiastically joined the FredNats in March of 2021. She graduated magna cum laude from Towson University in 1993 with a degree in Theatre Arts/Women's Studies and later earned a certificate in Montessori Early Childhood Education. She worked as a teacher and museum educator while raising her family in the Charlottesville area, but found her true passion when her three sons started playing baseball in 2005.

She and her husband are devoted Washington Nationals fans and she can't believe her luck to be working for the FredNats! When not at work or watching baseball, Kelly and her husband enjoy European travel and spending time with their large combined family (7 kids and 9 grandkids!) and their pets, Murphy, Cheeto, Mudge and Triple.

Creative Services

Alexis begins her 14th season with the franchise in 2025. She grew up in Northern Virginia, in Centreville. She has always been involved in sports, even from an early age. Alexis went on to be an accomplished runner and swimmer in high school. After competing in college, she transitioned into working in sports and has written sports articles for local newspapers. She also interned in NBC's sports department before joining the Potomac Nationals.

Alexis graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in journalism and a second major in sport administration.

In her free time, Alexis enjoys running, going to the gym, reading, spending time with her dog and rooting for the Nationals and Tar Heels.

Zhancheng Wu was born in Nanning City, China, and has been with the FredNats since the inaugural 2021 season. He oversees and creates all the videos/motion graphics for the ballpark and FredNats social media. Before he came to Fredericksburg, he worked as the Video Production Assistant for the Tulsa Drillers (Double-A, Dodgers) and Tulsa Roughnecks, the USL soccer team in Tulsa.

Wu came to America from China in 2016 to pursue his post-graduate degree in Sports Journalism at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. He said the reason he came to the States is because baseball is everywhere.

As a big baseball fan, he likes to spend his free time with his wife, Michelle, playing sports, traveling and going on adventures with their dog, Vandy.

His motto for working in sports production is "Don't Suck."

A native of Coldwater, Michigan, Eric Bach returns to the broadcast booth in Fredericksburg in 2025 for his third season as the lead play-by-play voice of the FredNats, where he will call all 132 games on the FredNats Baseball Network and Bally Live/MiLB.tv. He also heads up the team's media relations efforts and hosts the official podcast of the FredNats. He was voted the Carolina League Broadcaster of the Year by his peers in the 2024 championship season.

Bach was promoted to the lead play-by-play chair after serving as the Broadcasting and Media Relations Assistant in 2022. Prior to coming to Fredericksburg, he spent the 2021 summer as the voice of the Morehead City Marlins (Coastal Plain League) and has also worked in broadcasting and media relations for Lenoir-Rhyne University and ESPN 100.9 FM in Midland, Michigan.

Bach is a 2021 graduate of the Michigan State University School of Journalism. He's a dedicated supporter of all the Detroit professional teams and the Michigan State Spartans.
