Provide customer service to fans throughout the stadium. Also monitor the crowd for possible issues and address those that arise accordingly.

Greet fans as they enter the parking lot, take payment and guide fans to open spots in the parking lot.

Monitor the team store and ring up fans’ purchases when they are finished shopping, while also making sure inventory is constantly stocked.

Offer assistance to fans at the Guest Services Booth as well as throughout the stadium, providing a lasting experience for all fans.

Stationed with fans in the Scoreboard Suite to make sure the correct information is being put up on the manual scoreboard.

In charge of bringing baseballs to the umpires as needed, retrieving bats after play is over and putting them in the bat rack, and pre/post game cleaning of bullpens and dugouts.

Will assist Head and Assistant Groundskeepers with pre and post-game field operations. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. May have to pull tarp.

Monitor the safety and accessibility of the parking lot.

Will scan in/out tickets for fans, greet fans as they come into the ballpark and is expected to have a fans first attitude, while being outgoing and friendly!

Will print tickets, handle will call, sell tickets at the ticket office and answer various questions for fans in a professional manner.

Fun, engaging and constantly interacting with the fans. Looking for people with the “Disney” attitude, and high energy personalities. Must be willing to get into promo costumes (not the mascot).

Operating cameras from the production room. Will be joystick operated.

Will monitor and reset pitch clock timers following every pitch and between innings. Must pay close attention to the game, and operate equipment quickly and efficiently.

Responsible for taking guest orders, including the receipt and disbursement of money or legal tender (credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, team cash, coupons or comp cash) during game day at concession stands, or portables at the facility using cash registers. Will accurately use POS system.

Will also prepare/wrap food items and dispense beverages. Must clean and maintain service areas, including restocking of necessary items.

Responsible for preparing food and assisting in the preparation of items during the event. The cook should understand the proper cooking and holding procedures to not sacrifice quality or freshness of product.

Suite servers provide positively outrageous guest service to patrons at the suite level during all events at the facility. They will assist with suite set-up, inventory management, responsible for taking and fulfilling guest orders and cleanup at the conclusion of the event. As one of the front-line guest service employees, suite servers must be professional, helpful and enthusiastic to excel at this job.

Under the general supervision of the Club Supervisor, club servers provide positively outrageous guest service to patrons at the club level and in seat sections during all events at the facility. They will take guests’ orders, bringing out guests' food, clear tables, fill condiment cups and prepare condiment bags for in seat service. They will also be in charge of the club buffet and keeping it replenished.

An ideal bartender will be an energetic, attentive individual with a good personality and exceptional customer service skills. Bartenders will be responsible for bar set-up, inventory management, and bar clean-up at the conclusion of events. Must be knowledgeable about drinks and well prepared to handle unexpected situations.

The Catering Supervisor will oversee all catering venues at the facility, including several luxury suites and multiple picnic venues, as well as manage the kitchen operation that provides the food for the catering operation. This person will manage a staff of at least thirty (hourly and volunteers) and will be responsible for the set-up, clean-up and operation of all catering venues. He/she will also be responsible for communicating with clients' food orders, billing options and all customer concerns as it pertains to food.

The Catering Supervisor is also responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of any special events held at the facility.

Under the general supervision of the warehouse/ concessions manager, the warehouse staff is responsible for stocking each location based off of predetermined needs list. Also, the staff is responsible for any necessary restocking of product during the events and helping out in any areas of need.

Under the general supervision of the Concessions Manager, Stand Leads are responsible for managing the food, employees and proper sanitation of their areas. The Lead is responsible for the safety of all guests, employees and food. Must understand all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing. Ensures all areas have proper displays. Has strong attention to detail. Ensures show quality standards are maintained at all times. Builds and maintains strong relationships with employees and guests, and will regularly obtain feedback to improve operations. Will respond and assist in any departmental guest service issues.
