Ticket Policies & Procedures

Ticket Exchange Policy:

Rainouts: Tickets to games that were not played due to inclement weather can be exchanged for any remaining home game, of equal or lesser value, based on availability.

Individual Game Tickets: Unless a game is postponed or canceled by the Winston-Salem Dash, tickets purchased on a single-game basis will NOT be exchanged for any game.

Season Tickets: If you are unable to make it to a future game and would like to exchange a game from your season tickets for a different game, call our offices at (336) 714-2287 or stop by the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance of the game you are exchanging. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Rain Policy:

The Winston-Salem Dash staff and grounds crew make every effort to play every game. Please feel free to call the Dash offices at (336) 714-2287 or check Winston-Salem Dash social media channels at any time to check the status of the game.

In the event that the game is postponed or canceled prior to the ballpark gates opening, you can exchange your rainout tickets for any regular-season game, based on availability.

In the event that the game is postponed, suspended or cancelled after ballpark gates have opened, please check your email or Winston-Salem Dash social media to determine your ticket options.

Handicapped Seating:

Truist Stadium is equipped with handicap seating, and companion seating is available upon request. If a fan needs any special assistance, please contact a member of the Dash ticketing team to accommodate any needs you may have. To purchase handicap seating, please call our office at 336-714-2287.

Ticket Requirement for Children:

The Dash offer complimentary admission to children three years of age and under, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat.

Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets:

In the event that your tickets are stolen, the customer needs to contact the Box Office at (336) 714-2287. Stolen tickets will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Replacement Tickets:

Season ticket members must contact their Business Development Representative at (336) 714-2287 to obtain replacement tickets.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets left for another party may be collected at the Will Call Window at the Box Office, located at the main entrance in right field.

The Box Office's hours of operation on game days are:

  • Tuesday-Saturday: 2PM – 7th inning
  • Sunday: 11AM – 7th inning

For non-gameday events the Box Office will open 2 hours before gates open.
