If the Patriots clinch the second half postseason berth in the Northeast Division, they will host the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (New York Mets) in Game 1 of the Division Series at TD Bank Ballpark on Tuesday, September 16 at 6:35 pm. The next two games (if necessary) will be played on the road.
Should Somerset advance to the Eastern League Championship Series, the Patriots will host Game 1 on Sunday, September 21 at 1:05 pm. The final two games (if necessary) will be played on the road.
