Chris Almendarez has served as the President of the Round Rock Express since October 2015. Prior to that, he was General Manager for two seasons and Assistant General Manager/Senior Vice President for one season. He joined the Express as a Senior Account Executive in October 2009.
As President, Almendarez oversees all business-related aspects of the club while serving as the team's liaison for Pacific Coast League matters. He also works closely with ownership to expand the Express' footprint in the Central Texas community and maintain the club's highly-respected standing in the baseball industry.
Chris was named the Pacific Coast League Executive of the Year in 2016 and during his leadership, the franchise was awarded Minor League Baseball's John Henry Moss Community Service Award as well as Baseball America's Bob Freitas Triple-A Organization of the Year Award. While Chris was honored to be named Executive of the Year, he is most proud of the work his staff has done to capture both the John Henry Moss and Bob Freitas Awards in 2016.
When he joined the team, Chris brought both pharmaceutical sales and entrepreneurial business experience with him. He was a Professional Sales Consultant for SkinMedica Pharmaceuticals. Before that, Chris was the Sales Manager for KEY Enterprises, a sports construction company. His earlier experience includes various positions with Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Team Sports Incorporated.
Active in his Alumni Association, Chris attended the University of Houston on a baseball scholarship and graduated in 1996 with a BA in Mass Communications. He participates in the annual University of Houston baseball alumni game. Prior to his time at Houston, Chris played baseball for two years on scholarship at Howard Junior College in Big Spring, Texas. He also served as the Student Body President during his time at HJC.
In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his wife, Lindsay. They love being outdoors with their dogs Oreo and Maggie Mae. Chris' oldest son, Chase, serves as the head baseball coach for Huston-Tillotson University in Austin while his daughter-in-law, Jordyn, serves as the Sports Sales Manager for the Austin Sports Commission. His youngest son, Luke, works for ROKA Performance Eyewear based here in Austin.

Tim Jackson serves as the Express’ General Manager and oversees all day-to-day business and baseball operations related to the organization. He also works closely with the team President on all Express sales efforts.
A native of Cedar Hill, Texas, Jackson joined the Express staff in March 2010 and served as the Assistant Director of Communications and Baseball Operations for three seasons before receiving promotions to Director of Community Relations in 2013 and Assistant General Manager, Baseball Operations in 2014. Jackson has served as the team’s General Manager since 2015.
Prior to his tenure in Round Rock, Jackson served as the Director of Baseball Operations for the Baylor Baseball program in Waco, Texas, while earning his Master of Science degree in sport administration.
Prior to joining Baylor's staff, Jackson played two seasons for the Bears. A 2007 team co-captain, Jackson was named second-team CoSIDA/ESPN Academic All-District VI as a senior. He also earned first-team Academic All-Big 12 Conference honors in 2007 and was named to the Big 12 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll five times. Jackson earned his undergraduate degree (communications) from Baylor in August 2008.
Jackson also played two seasons at McLennan Community College in Waco (2004-05), where he was named a 2005 Academic All-American.
Jackson is a current member of the Board of Directors for the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce and the Austin Sports Commission. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Baylor “B” Association and currently serves as a mentor in the Baylor University Athletics Mentor Program. Jackson was also named a finalist for the Austin Under Forty Awards in 2016.
Jackson resides in Round Rock with his wife, Patty, and their two daughters: Emma and Audrey.

If you’ve ever ventured into the Round Rock Express offices, you have most likely had a conversation with Wendy Abrahamsen. She’s been greeting folks since May 1999 and has been a critical component to the Express since the inception of the franchise.
She has been blessed with three wonderful children, Brian Gordon, Jennifer Gordon Alfaro & Scott Gordon. All three of them are happily married to beautiful spouses. She has 6 precious grandchildren.
Brian and Amanda have two children, Finley and Riggs. After playing professional baseball for 18 seasons, Brian is now a scout for the Los Angeles Angels. Jenny & Luis (Kiki) also have two children, LeAnna and Lena. Jenny is a very passionate and enthusiastic health coach. Scott & Miranda have Grayson and Elizabeth. After playing four years of college baseball at Concordia, Scott is now a chief at the fire department and a realtor.
Wendy has lived in Round Rock and the surrounding area for about 35 years.

Stu Scally began with the Express in November 2012 and was elevated to his current role as Assistant General Manager, Sales in 2019. Scally has played an integral role in planning and executing events such as the Rogue Invitational, Bulls in the Ballpark and the Karbach Round Rock Classic.
Scally comes to the Express after starting his career in baseball with the Sacramento River Cats in 2011 as a Corporate Account Executive. He graduated from University of California San Diego with a bachelor's in History and a minor in Political Science. While in college, Scally appeared in one intramural college softball game where he went 0-for-2 with two strikeouts and one ejection. He still holds the record for least number of games played with an ejection in UCSD intramural history.
Scally was born and raised in Napa, California. He and his wife, Elyse, have one child, Margo. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing and rooting for the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants and the Golden State Warriors.

Scott Allen, or better known as “Bones,” has been with the Express since the franchise’s inception in 1999 and he has played an integral role in the growth and development of the 5,400 square foot event space along the first base line at Dell Diamond known as The United Heritage Center.
The UHC can be converted from three private suites into a space accommodating up to 320 people in a banquet-style arrangement or a 500-person theater-style setting. Allen and his team are always ready to change the space throughout the year to accommodate events for members of the Round Rock community.
Before joining the Express, Allen grew up in Alvin, Texas and went to nearby Alvin High School. He stayed in the Lone Star State and attended Texas A&M University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Tourism.
Bones loves watching Texas A&M football, going camping, hiking or biking and volunteering at Central Baptist Church. He can also be found on the weekends spending time with his wife, Holly, and children, Megan, Abby and Tucker.

Aschley Carvalho joined the Express in February 2013. Before she was named Director, Ticket Operations, Carvalho served as a Ticket Operations Intern, Coordinator of Season Memberships & Suite Services and Manager, Ticket Operations.
Carvalho grew up in Austin and attended nearby Bowie High School before attending Texas State University. She earned a bachelor’s in Mathematics and a minor in Sports Psychology.

Oscar Rodriguez was promoted to Director of Sales with the Round Rock Express in 2022. He began with the E-Train in 2016. His previous roles include Account Executive, Manager of Season Memberships and Service, as well as Senior Account Executive. He is the unofficial Mayor of Dell Diamond, knowing most Express fans by first name.
Rodriguez led the charge for the 2022 Copa De La Diversión, a season-long event series specifically designed to embrace the culture and values that resonate most with minor league teams’ Hispanic/Latino communities. Thanks to Rodriguez’s leadership, the Express transformed into the Chupacabras de Round Rock and helped raise over $2,700 benefiting Latinos in Round Rock. The three games also saw a 38 percent increase in attendance from the previous season.
Although he was born in the Bronx, New York, his family is originally from San Pedro, Dominican Republic. Rodriguez split time growing up in Brooklyn, New York; Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and Miami, Florida. After high school in Miami, he went back to the Dominican Republic to focus on baseball and spend time with the Washington Nationals organization. Following his time with the Nationals, he played second base at Western Nebraska Community College for two years before transferring to Huston-Tillotson University to play baseball. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013 with a degree in Marketing.
Since 2018, Rodriguez has been the interpreter for Baseball America’s, “Prospect Pad,” a segment dedicated to highlight the top MLB prospects at All-Star Week’s Futures Game. Oscar also served on the Round Rock Chamber Board of Directors in 2019 and continues to play an active role with the chamber by attending meetings, voting and spending time in the community as an ambassador.
When not at Dell Diamond, Rodriguez enjoys watching, coaching and playing baseball. He is a massive New York Mets fan and enjoys working out, dancing, going to church and reading books on philosophy, sport biographies and finance. Oscar’s mother, Betania, and sister, Star, also live in Texas while his sister, Karina, still lives in the Dominican Republic. Oscar is the proud owner of a boxer/pit mix named Alfa.

Ben Homeister was named the Ticket Operations Service Coordinator for the Express in October 2023.
Homeister comes to Round Rock after he was a 2023 Ticket Operations intern for the St. Cloud Rox of the Northwoods League. Homeister was previously a Grounds Crew Supervisor for the Minnetonka Baseball Association from 2013-2022. He also worked in Guest Services for the Minnesota Twins in 2018.
He is a native of Excelsior, Minnesota and graduated from Minnesota State Mankato University in May 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Management. While at Minnesota State, he was the captain of the men’s volleyball team in 2022 and 2023.
In his free time, Homeister enjoys cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, Timberwolves, Twins and Wild along with the Iowa Hawkeyes. He also likes playing basketball, volleyball, golf and listening to 60’s and 70’s music.

Elvis Perez was named an Account Executive for the Express in July 2023 and was promoted to Senior Account Executive in May 2025.
Perez was raised in Manhattan, New York in the Washington Heights neighborhood but was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He comes to the E-Train after working in fundraising sales. Prior to that, Perez was a hiring manager in the direct marketing and nonprofit industry for some of the world's largest charities.
Perez attended Fisher College, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management and a minor in Management. He also attended New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, New Mexico, where he spent two years playing collegiate baseball.
In his free time, Perez enjoys spending time with his wife, Kimberly, and his son, Kaizen. He also manages and plays for a softball team in Cedar Park.

Casey Schneider was promoted to Senior Account Executive in May 2025 after joining the Round Rock Express staff as an Account Executive in September 2022.
Schneider is a Round Rock native and went to nearby Round Rock High School before attending Texas State University. She earned her bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science – Pre-Rehabilitation in 2022.

Brooks Jones joined the Express as an Account Executive in February 2025 after spending the 2024 season as a Corporate Sales Executive for the Frisco RoughRIders. Prior to his time in Frisco, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, Jones spent five years working in commercial real estate.
A Dallas native, Jones attended St. Mark's School of Texas before moving to Austin to pursue his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at The University of Texas.
Jones and his wife, Alexa, live in Austin with their daughter, Olivia, and golden retriever, Bubba. In his free time, Jones enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and friends and cheering on the Longhorns as a die-hard Texas fan.

Kole Mayberry joined the Round Rock Express as an Account Executive in September of 2025.
Mayberry continues his work in baseball after serving as a Group Sales Assistant for the Amarillo Sod Poodles during the 2025 season. He also previously spent time with the Western Nebraska Pioneers as a Baseball Operations Intern.
A Plainview, Texas native, Mayberry played collegiate baseball at Cisco College, Richland College and Lubbock Christian University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his bachelor's degree in Sport Management. Recognitions for his time on and off the field include DAC First Team All-Conference in 2021 and 2022, TX-NM JCBCA Region 5 North All-Star Team in 2021 and NJCAA All-Academic First Team in 2022.
Mayberry enjoys cheering on the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Tech Red Raiders. In his free time, he likes golfing, working out and spending time with his family and friends.

Zech Robichaux was named an Account Executive for the Round Rock Express in October 2024.
Robichaux joins the E-Train after spending time with the Texas Rangers as part of the prestigious Charlie Pride Fellowship. The fellowship was created in honor of the late country music star and close friend of the Rangers. The program aims to build a launching pad for students from diverse backgrounds looking to gain experience in a Major League Baseball front office.
Prior to the fellowship, he played collegiate baseball for Huston-Tillotson University where he appeared on the Dean’s List in seven different semesters’ while also earning the Red River Athletic Conference Academic Excellence award during the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons. He graduated with high honors from Huston-Tillotson and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications.
When he’s not at Dell Diamond, Robichaux enjoys cheering on the New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Pelicans and the LSU Tigers. He has been named the “Best Juggler” in the Express front office.

Jay Seline joined the Express as an Account Executive in September 2025 after spending the 2025 season as a Ticket Sales Associate for the Sugar Land Space Cowboys.
Seline earned both a bachelor's degree in Sport Management and master's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. He worked as a Graduate Assistant for the Cardinals' Men's Basketball program from 2020-22.
A Washington, D.C. native, Seline's freshman year of high school was spent at the then T.C. Williams High School, most famously known for the popular sports movie Remember The Titans. Seline supports his favorite teams, the Washington Commanders, UT Longhorns and San Antonio Spurs.

Aaron Verwold was named an Account Executive for the Express in January 2024.
Verwold joins the E-Train after serving as the Ticketing and Events Assistant for the 12th Man Foundation at Texas A&M University.
Verwold is a born and bred Texan and grew up in Cypress where he attended Cy-Fair High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time on the lake, watching Texas A&M and Houston sports teams, playing golf and exploring what’s new in the community.

Paige Orlan joined the Express as a Sales Consultant in January of 2025.
A recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Sports Marketing, Orlan is excited to help fans experience the magic of Dell Diamond.
In her free time, Orlan enjoys road trips, trying new recipes and walks with her dog, Milo.

Laura Fragoso started with the Round Rock Express as an intern in 2001 and has risen to Senior Vice President, Marketing while earning numerous accolades along the way. In 2011, she was a finalist for the Rawlings Pacific Coast League Woman Executive of the Year Award, and in 2017, she was a Women of the Rock Honoree.
Her work includes planning and executing all marketing, branding and promotional events and strategies for the Express and Dell Diamond.
Fragoso has been a mainstay in the Round Rock community since she moved to Central Texas. Her work includes time on the Round Rock Serving Center Board of Directors since 2018. She also spent time on the Board of Directors for the Hope Alliance; a non-profit dedicated to helping families affected by domestic and sexual violence. She has played an integral role on the Nolan Ryan Foundation Board of Director’s since 2019 and also works with a sports marketing graduate class each year at the University of Texas.
Fragoso was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama, known as the Peanut Capital of the World. She went on to attend the University of Alabama and earned her bachelor’s in Public Relations with a minor in General Business.
When not at Dell Diamond, Fragoso can be found watching her son play soccer, creating art with her daughter, heading out on country drives with her husband, cheering on the Crimson Tide or walking with her family’s rescue dog, Lucky. She is also the unofficial Vice President of the Round Rock Express Finer Things Club.

Mary Conley Thompson was promoted to Executive Director, Nolan Ryan Foundation in February 2024 after serving as the Director, Nolan Ryan Foundation since October 2022. Before being named Director, Thompson served as the Manager, Nolan Ryan Foundation and as the Community Outreach Coordinator.
Thompson is a born and bred Texan and grew up in Waco where she went to Midway High School. She earned her bachelor's in Corporate Communication with a minor in Nonprofit Marketing from Baylor University and her master’s in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from the University of Alabama.
She led a successful Nolan Ryan Foundation Dinner & Golf Tournament in 2022 that raised over $300,000 and included special guest, Joe Torre. Thompson is an Advisor for the Theta Kappa Chapter of Chi Omega at Baylor University. She also spends time working on the McNeil High School Business Advisory.
Thompson finished her first half marathon in January and in her spare time she enjoys watching Baylor Baseball games where her father, Mitch, is the Head Baseball Coach.

Lauren Bowen was hired as the Assistant Manager for Retail Operations in June 2025.
Hailing from Clarkton, North Carolina, Bowen started her work in baseball as a Promotions Assistant with the Carolina Mudcats. She graduated from NC State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and minor in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management.
When she's not keeping the Railyard up and running, Bowen enjoys watching college football and Gilmore Girls.

Rylan Kobre was named the Manager, PR & Broadcasting in March 2024 and serves as the primary play-by-play broadcaster for the Express.
Kobre joined the organization in May 2022 as Manager, PR & Communications before taking on the play-by-play role. Prior to joining the Express, he served as the Director of Athletic Communications and Broadcasting for Trinity Christian College in Chicago, Illinois, where he also spent time broadcasting for Saint Xavier University and Loyola University Chicago.
Kobre’s time as a play-by-play broadcaster in professional baseball includes stops at the Augusta GreenJackets in 2019 and 2021 and the Boise Hawks in 2018. He initially got his start in 2017 as the broadcaster for the Kenosha Kingfish of the Northwoods League.
In 2018, Kobre graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor’s in Communications & Media Studies and earned his master’s in Journalism from Northwestern University in 2021.
He was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California located an hour north of San Francisco. When he’s not at Dell Diamond, he enjoys playing golf, strolling around Austin, watching the Golden State Warriors or cheering on Boise State athletics.

Reilly Low was promoted to Manager, Digital Marketing & Community Relations in February 2025. She began as an intern with the Express in April 2022 before being named the Coordinator, Digital Marketing & Community Relations in January 2023.
Before coming to Round Rock, Low spent one year as a Partnership Assistant for Texas State Sports Properties. She graduated from Texas State University in May 2022 where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Mass Communications, Sports Media. While at Texas State, Low spent the 2021 summer as an intern for the Victoria Generals Baseball Club.
From 2019-2021, Low was the Assistant Sports Director and Reporter at KTSW-FM 89.9 where she earned “Rookie of the Fall,” for her work in the sports department during her first semester.
Low grew up in Port Lavaca, Texas and quickly became a Houston Astros fan. She enjoys watching college football, reading and finding new adventures in the greater Round Rock and Austin area.

Aubrey Painter was named the Manager, Communications & Travel in January 2023. Previously, she was the Coordinator, Communications & Travel starting in January 2022. She originally joined the Express in April 2021 as the Assistant, Public Relations and Communications.
Painter grew up in Apex, North Carolina before attending the University of Alabama, where she earned her bachelor’s in Journalism with a minor in General Business and Sports Information. While at Alabama, Painter was part of the Football and Admissions Student Recruitment Team for four years. She also served as the Vice President of the prestigious Elliott Society, a community service-based, university-wide honorary dedicated to social justice.
After graduating in 2019, Painter was a Media Relations Intern for USA Baseball before joining Southern Methodist University Athletics as a Public Relations Assistant.
Even though she graduated from Alabama, she bleeds crimson, purple and gold as she grew up a die-hard LSU fan. In her free time, she enjoys watching the New Orleans Saints and Houston Astros and hanging out with her husband, Chris, daughter, Addison, and dog, River.

Emily Rutherford was named Coordinator, Promotions and Activations in March 2022 and was promoted to Manager, Client Services & Promotions in January 2023.
Before joining the Express, Rutherford served as the Sponsorship Activation Manager at the University of San Francisco. Before her time at USF, she was a Photographer for Blink Inc. and was the Director of Special Events and Marketing for the Napa Silverados Baseball Club.
Rutherford grew up in San Rafael, California, just outside of San Francisco and attended nearby Sonoma State University where she graduated with a bachelor’s in Studio Art with an emphasis in photography. Rutherford went on to earn her master’s in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.
In her free time, she enjoys finding new running trails in Austin and developing film.

Wade Carpenter was named the Coordinator, PR & Communications in October 2025 after originally joining the Express staff as the Communications Assistant for the 2025 season.
Before his time in Round Rock, Carpenter worked for the University of Idaho Athletic Department as a Communications Graduate Assistant. There, he served as the primary media contact for the Men's and Women's Track & Field and Cross Country teams while earning a master's degree in Recreation, Sport and Tourism Management in 2024. Carpenter also earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho and spent two years as a Marketing and Communications Intern with the Vandals.
The Nampa, Idaho native enjoys running, golfing and watching the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in his free time.

Melissa Clark was named Coordinator, Game Entertainment & Promotions for the Express in July 2023.
Clark is a native of Mooresville, North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Production. She went on to work as an Associate Producer and Videographer for WITN, an NBC affiliate in eastern North Carolina.
Following a year working in television, Clark worked as the Creative Services Manager for the York Revolution of the Atlantic League for the 2019 season. In 2020, she was named the Director, Entertainment and Video Production for the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers, the Low-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox.
In her free time, she enjoys watching Seinfeld, listening to live music, crafting and walking her mini labradoodle, Waylon.

Caitlin Kurtz was named the Nolan Ryan Foundation Programs Coordinator in September 2025 after initially joining the Foundation as a Fundraising Support Intern in July 2025.
Kurtz hails from Sugar Land, Texas where she graduated from George Ranch High School. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology & Health, Sport Management and Psychology from the University of Texas. During her four years as a Longhorn, she served as a Development Intern with Texas Athletics and was a member of Texas Baseball Diamonds and Ignite Texas.
RBI Austin, CPATH Texas and Austin State Supported Living Center are all local entities that Kurtz volunteered her time with prior to joining the Nolan Ryan Foundation. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa during her time as a student and earned multiple academic honors, including American Kinesiology Association Undergraduate Student of the Year and was a College Scholar University Honors Recipient.
Kurtz enjoys supporting the Texas Longhorns, especially the football, basketball, baseball and volleyball programs, and in her spare time likes to spend time with her family and friends, go to the movies and try new restaurants.

Jackson Ryan was named Coordinator, Baseball Operations in January 2023 before adding Community Out reach to his role in early 2025.
Ryan joined the team after spending the 2022 season as an intern for the Kansas City Royals professional scouting department. The Houston, Texas native went to high school at Second Baptist School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where he played baseball for one season.
Ryan has been a mainstay on the radio, providing color commentary for various home games at Dell Diamond since he was just eight years old. His favorite E-Train memories include writing up the lineup card for legendary Express Manager Jackie Moore and introducing his father, Reid, before his induction into the
Round Rock Express Hall of Fame in 2019. In his free time, Ryan enjoys hanging out with his family, watching the Dallas Cowboys and cheering on TCU athletics.

Rozdilski has been in the sports turf management industry since 2005 and has been the Head Groundskeeper for the Express since 2016. During the offseason prior to the 2018 campaign, Dell Diamond served as the primary filming location for AMC’s hit television show Fear the Walking Dead. Rozdilski oversaw the transformation of Dell Diamond into the post-apocalyptic set in the fall, then led a complete rebuild of the playing surface and berms in less than three weeks following the end of the show’s production in early March 2018.
Prior to joining the Express, Rozdilski served as the Head Groundskeeper for the Corpus Christi Hooks for two years. During his time with the Hooks, he oversaw multiple renovations to the award-winning Whataburger Field, the largest being the complete replacement of the existing playing field.
Rozdilski was the Assistant Head Groundskeeper for the Baltimore Orioles for seven years and oversaw both the installation and grow-in of a 100 percent sand-based field with four different blends of Kentucky Bluegrass. Additionally, he maintained a pristine playing field during the 2012 ALDS.
Before serving as Assistant Head Groundskeeper for the Orioles, Rozdilski served as the Assistant Head Groundskeeper for the Trenton Thunder. While there, he led the constant adjustment and repair of pitcher’s mounds and bullpen mounds to league regulations.
Rozdilski graduated from Delaware Valley College with a bachelor’s in Agronomy. He was part of the baseball team all four years for the Aggies.

Travis Howard has been with the Round Rock Express since February 2024. He joins the Express after serving as the Director of Grounds & Building Operations at the El Paso Chihuahuas.
Howard joined El Paso in 2016 and won back-to-back Pacific Coast League Sports Turf manager of the Year in 2017 and 2018.
Howard previously worked in the collegiate ranks as the Grounds Manager at Long Beach State University (2015-16) and the Head Groundskeeper at Newberry College (2010-2015), his alma mater. Howard received his bachelor's degree in Sports Management and was a four-year letterwinner in baseball, during which he worked on the grounds in the summer.
Aurelio Martinez has been with the Round Rock Express since April 2001 and has been a critical piece to the success of Dell Diamond.
Prior to joining the Express, Martinez spent 10 years as a Machinist for Carr Lane Manufacturing. When he joined the E-Train in 2001, he “fell in love with this place.” Martinez credits his success to the incredible people he works with and his love for being outdoors.
His favorite memory is one that the Express front office is thankful for. In 2005, Martinez received a phone call that the home run porch had caught fire. He raced over with a fire extinguisher and put out the flames. It’s this kind of hard work and effort that his colleagues have come to know and love.
Martinez and his wife, Lori, have two daughters, Angela and Rebecca, and a step son, Anthony.

Kenny Bufton is the most interesting man in the world. He was named Manager, Home Clubhouse in February of 2004. Bufton has been a well-known figure at Dell Diamond since he started with the club.
He is a native of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Bufton played baseball at Tabor College where he still holds the record for most home runs hit on Saturday day games played on the road with the temperature under 55 degrees. He went on to attend Midwest City Junior College where he majored in Underwater Basket Weaving.
His career began in 1995-96 for the Oklahoma City Blazers of the Central Hockey League where he was the Assistant Equipment Manager. He also sold pucks and novelties in the stands. In 1996-97, Bufton went on to work for the San Jose Rhinos of the Roller Hockey International. From 1997-99, Bufton went on to work for the Fresno Falcons of the Pacific Southwest Hockey League.
From 1999-2003, Bufton had more stops throughout professional hockey including the Lexington Men O’ War, Texas Stars, Cleveland Barrons and San Jose Sharks.
In his free time, Bufton enjoys rooting for the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Rangers, Dallas Stars and San Antonio Spurs.

Robbie Price was named Coordinator, Operations & Event Fulfillment in May 2022. Price spent the 2021 season as an Intern, Operations.
The Aledo, Texas native grew up in the Lone Star State and went to Aledo High School. He attended the University of Texas – Austin and earned his bachelor’s in Sport Management with a minor in Business and Sports Media.
While at Texas, Price worked as part of the University of Texas Grounds Crew in 2019. In 2020, Price took home the prestigious University of Texas Cornhole Intramural Championship. When he’s not at Dell Diamond, he can be found watching the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys and University of Texas athletics.

Austin Rotramel was named Assistant, Facilities in November 2022 and was promoted to Coordinator, Events & Facilities in January 2024.
Rotramel grew up in Murphy, Texas located just north of Dallas. He attended Plano East Senior High School where he starred on the baseball team. He went on to play baseball at Wiley College for four years and earned his bachelor’s in Biology. He was named the HBCU Small School National Pitcher of the Year in 2020.
He played one year at Grambling State University where he earned a master’s in Sports Administration.
When he’s not at Dell Diamond, Rotramel enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys, listening to music and eating Chinese food.

Owen McGeeney was named Assistant, Grounds in October 2024.
McGeeney joins the Express staff after serving on the grounds crew for the Colorado Rockies. He grew up in Savannah, Georgia and went on to earn his associates degree from the University of Georgia in Turf Management.
In his free time, Own enjoys fishing, hiking and playing sports.

Burton Dunlap, MD, an orthopedic surgeon with Ascension Medical Group Seton Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Austin, Texas, serves as the Round Rock Express Team Orthopedic & Physician. Dr. Dunlap is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and fellowship trained in Shoulder, Elbow, and Sports Medicine. He specializes in anatomic and reverse shoulder replacements, as well as arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and elbow.
Dr. Trip Fell of Pioneer Vision is the official team Eye Doctor of the Round Rock Express. His optometry practice sits just a half mile from his family’s original homestead that they settled in 1860. He was voted the 2017 Texas Optometric Association Young Optometrist of the Year by his peers.
