Round Rock Express and Nolan Ryan Foundation Partner for Central Texas Flood Relief

ROUND ROCK, Texas – The Round Rock Express and Nolan Ryan Foundation are collaborating to raise funds and donations for those affected by the historic flooding that affected Central Texas this past weekend. The homestand against the Albuquerque Isotopes (Colorado Rockies affiliate) from July 8-13 will include various opportunities for the community to contribute to these efforts.

50/50 RAFFLE: The nightly 50/50 raffle, put on by the Nolan Ryan Foundation, will have one continuously growing pot throughout the entire homestand. One winner will be drawn and announced during the game on Sunday, July 13, and all funds raised through the raffle will benefit Texas flood relief. The raffle winner does not need to be present to win.

DONATION DRIVE: Donations of men's and women's hygiene products will be collected at the Home Plate Gate during the Tuesday, July 8-Thursday, July 10 games. Examples of items that fans can donate are listed below. Donations can be made in exchange for one Round Rock Express ‘Be Our Guest’ card per person, good for two reserved seats at a Sunday-Thursday home game of your choosing.

• Toothbrushes/toothpaste
• Shampoo/conditioner/body wash (travel sizes)
• Feminine products
• Sunscreen
• Combs/brushes
• Hand sanitizer/wet wipes

JERSEY AUCTION: On Friday, July 11, the game-worn and autographed Express 34 jerseys will be auctioned off, with all funds benefiting Texas flood relief. Bidding will be available on the MiLB auction site and will begin on Friday, July 11 at 12 p.m. CT and end on Sunday, July 13 at 5:00 p.m. CT.
