If our school purchases the lunch + ticket option, how do we receive our lunches?

There will be more details communicated to the group leader about how the school lunches will be distributed closer to your game date. What time is the first pitch?

Tickets will be printed and available for distribution closer to the designated game date.

Can we pick up the tickets at the Box Office in advance?

Yes, we encourage groups to pick up the tickets in advance if possible as this helps expedite the entry process.

If I pickup the tickets in advance, when should we distribute tickets to our students/group?

For schools picking up in advance, please do not have the teachers/group leaders distribute tickets to students until they get off the bus at the stadium as the Cannon Ballers are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.

Can we pick up tickets on the day of the game?

Yes, please have the group leader report to the Box Office, which is located outside of Gate 1.

Do we have assigned seats?

Yes, due to the large volume of tickets sold for the game. All your tickets are numbered with an assigned seat location.

Where should the buses drop off?

To help expedite the entry process, if not picking up tickets on the day of the game, please have bus drivers drop students/teachers off at Gate 3.

Where will the buses park during the game?

After dropping everyone off, drivers should proceed to the designated grass lot, located outside of Gate 3.

Where should students/staff eat lunches?

We encourage all students and staff to consume their lunches at their designated seat locations.
