Front Office Staff

Since joining the organization, Restall has been a driving force behind the team's success, overseeing the historic move and rebranding from the New Britain Rock Cats to the Hartford Yard Goats, as well as the opening of the award-winning Dunkin' Park. He was promoted to President in 2017 after successfully serving as the General Manager, a role in which he earned the prestigious 2017 Eastern League Executive of the Year award. Under his leadership, the Yard Goats have set attendance records and become recognized nationally for their community engagement and fan experience, including being named the Organization of the Year and recently the Driving Diversity Award from Minor League Baseball.

A veteran of Minor League Baseball, his career includes front office and food and beverage leadership roles with the Single-A West Michigan Whitecaps and as a founding member of the Double-A New Hampshire Fisher Cats front office.

Beyond the ballpark, Restall is committed to the Greater Hartford community, serving on the boards of organizations such as the Northeast Region American Cancer Society, the YMCA of Greater Hartford, the Advisory Board for the Miracle League of Connecticut, and the Board of Corporators on the IQuilt Plan.

Tim and his wife Tara reside in Tolland with their three children.

Mike has spent the last 20 years working in the field of marketing & communications, and more than 17 in baseball. As General Manager, Mike oversees all aspects of Yard Goats Baseball at Dunkin' Park.

Prior to joining the Yard Goats, Mike spent six seasons with the Pawtucket Red Sox; Triple-A Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. Mike began his career in sales with Sports Radio WEEI; then the highest-rated sports radio station in the country.

Mike has served as Chairman of the Parks & Recreation Commission in Chester, CT, and is a proud Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Connecticut. Mike lives in Chester with his wife and three daughters.

Josh started his journey with minor league baseball when he joined the game day staff for the 2007 & 2008 seasons for his internship with the New Britain Rock Cats. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Lasell College in December 2008, Josh traveled cross-country to join the High Desert Mavericks in Adelanto, CA, at the time, the High A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners. Starting as an Account Executive, he was promoted to Director of Group Sales in 2009. Following the 2010 season, Josh returned to the Rock Cats full time as the Box Office Manager, progressing to his current role in 2023 as the Chief Revenue Officer for the Yard Goats.

When Josh is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and cheering on all the New England sports teams. Josh resides in Southington with his wife and their two daughters.

Kyle Calhoon is an experienced sports turf and facility operations professional with a career spanning nearly two decades in professional sports. He began his career in 2005 as a part-time Assistant Groundskeeper with the Lake County Captains, Cleveland Indians, and Cleveland Browns, gaining valuable hands-on experience maintaining high-performance playing surfaces across multiple sports.

In 2010, Kyle earned his first full-time position as the Head Groundskeeper at MetLife Stadium, where he oversaw field preparation and maintenance for one of the busiest multipurpose venues in the country. He later joined the New York Yankees organization as an Assistant Groundskeeper (2012–2014), helping maintain one of the most iconic playing fields in professional baseball.

From 2014 to 2015, Kyle served as Grounds Manager for the San Francisco 49ers, managing Levi’s Stadium’s complex turf operations during its early years of operation.

Kyle eventually moved to Hartford, Connecticut, to take on the role of Sports Turf Manager for the Hartford Yard Goats, where his leadership and expertise have been instrumental in ensuring top-quality field conditions. In 2021, his role was elevated to oversee all ballpark operations, reflecting his commitment to excellence and his broad skill set in sports facility management.

Kyle lives in Manchester, Connecticut, with his wife, Samantha, and their two children, Addy and Jake.

Aisha was born, raised, and now raising a family in the Hartford area. At an early age Aisha learned the meaning of community and serving others. Her grandfather was the first black inspector for the City of Hartford, she grew up at the counter of one of Hartford’s most famous diners (Hal’s Diner), and often ran through the baseball fields and playgrounds at Simpson Waverly. Aisha believes these moments created the blueprint to her obligation to serve, love, and provide opportunities for those who may not get it otherwise.

As Executive Director of Community Partnership for the Hartford Yard Goats Foundation, Aisha is responsible for building relationships with key stakeholder groups and being a liaison between those community groups and the Hartford Yard Goats organization. These relationships are strategic in the Foundation's implementation of community programs that are necessary and relevant for Hartford area residents.

Aisha has a skill set that expands over 20 years in business, customer relations, and marketing. As Executive Director, she is able to align those skills with her experience in youth development, programming, and community engagement. In order to guarantee the foundation is successful at making social, educational, and other opportunities more accessible to the youth in the area, as well as partnering with organizations that share the same mission.

Aisha is a proud wife, daughter, sister, and mother of four beautiful children. In her free time, she can be found hosting "Taco Tuesday”, having brunch with the girlfriends, or binge watching shows her husband talks her into watching. If you are ever in a conversation with Aisha, she will probably tell you “my profession has met my passion!”

Payge Boyd is a member of the Yard Goats Foundation, focusing on youth development and community engagement initiatives. She joined the organization in 2023, bringing a creative and community-driven approach to her work.

Payge attended La Salle University, where she studied Communications. Her passion for community work began early, spending time alongside her father as he led programs to uplift local youth.

Outside the office, Payge is a mixed-media artist and founder of S’Dai’s Eye (Oddity Commodity), a brand that blends anime and pop art. Fun fact: She used to be a competitive powerlifter.

Brooke began her career with the Hartford Yard Goats in 2023 as a Ballpark Associate. During her internship she discovered a passion for event planning and operations. She moved on to become the Events Senior Associate in 2024 and later transitioned into her current full-time role as Stadium Events Coordinator.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut in 2023. During her time at UConn, Brooke held various creative and leadership roles in Alpha Epsilon Phi, Lambda Pi Eta, and the Student Union Board of Governors. Roll 'Skies!

The 2026 season marks Steve's seventeenth with the Hartford Yard Goats franchise and twenty-first overall in Minor League Baseball. Steve's specialty is opening every part of our MiLB facility to area businesses and organizations for creative partnerships, customer appreciation, lead generation, and staff motivation...and having fun doing it.

Steve began with the Rock Cats as a Group Sales Manager before working his way up to his current role of Executive Director of Business Development with the Yard Goats. Prior to the Yard Goats Steve worked for the Connecticut Defenders, the team that would eventually become the Richmond Flying Squirrels, for the 2008 and 2009 seasons in the Group Sales Department leading the Department for the 2009 season as Director of Group Sales. Steve got his start in baseball during the 2006 and 2007 seasons working at Historic Yale Field working for the New Haven County Cutters, a member of the independent CAN-AM League at the time. Again he worked In the Group Sales Department and also assumed the role of Box Office Manager for the 2007 season.

Steve is a native of Kansas City, Missouri and proud alumni of the University of Missouri. He enjoys cheering on his Mizzou Tigers football and basketball teams, along with his hometown Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals, as well as a nice round of golf among good company. Steve lives in Southington with his wife, Alison and kids, Ryan and Avery.

Jeff Dooley is the "Voice of the Yard Goats" and the lead play-by-play announcer for all games (home and road) on radio and television, and hosts complete coverage of the Pregame and Post Game shows. His broadcasts can be heard on the free Audacy app, WTIC.com and select games will be aired on 50,000- watt WTIC AM 1080. All home games are streamed on MLB.TV, MiLB.TV and Bally Sports Live. Dooley is also the lead announcer for the games televised regionally on NESN/NESN+ and on the Rockies Television Network. In 2023, he made his Major League debut and was used as a fill-in announcer for the Colorado Rockies on KOA and the Rockies Radio Network. His play-by-play highlights were showcased on MLB Network and he was a live guest on MLB TONIGHT. Additionally, many of his Yard Goats calls have aired on the Colorado Rockies Radio Network, ESPN, and MLB.com. Dooley hosted the 2023 MLB Home Run Derby X in front of a live audience at Dunkin’ Park.

Dooley hosts a segment on Rockies All-Access, a monthly audio feature, on the KOA Rockies Radio Network and website. In 2015, Dooley was named the Connecticut Sportscaster of the Year by NSMA (National Sports Media Association). Dooley was selected as the play-by-play announcer for a regional telecast on Fox Sports North in Minnesota.

The Lincoln, RI native was behind the microphone for some of the most memorable moments in franchise history, dating back to 1998. He called the first ever game in Yard Goats history in Richmond, Virginia in 2016 and the first professional game played in Hartford in 66 years on opening day, April 13, 2017. Dooley has broadcast three Eastern League Playoff Series, a major league exhibition game with the Minnesota Twins, and the only two no-hitters in franchise history. He was the television play-by-play broadcaster for the 2013 Eastern League All-Star Game and called the 2003 EL All-Star game on radio. Additionally, Dooley was the master of ceremonies at the All-Star Luncheon at the ESPN headquarters in Bristol. The St. Joseph's College (ME) graduate has covered the Major League Playoffs, Major League Winter Meetings and reports from spring training each year. Dooley also hosted a weekly feature on the Twins Pre-Game Show on the Twins' 50-station radio network.

Dooley has called baseball on many of the radio outlets in the state of Connecticut including: Audacy-WTIC AM 1080, News Radio 1410 WPOP, Buckley Radio-Talk of Connecticut (WDRC, AM 1360, WMMW AM 1470, WSNG AM 610, WWCO AM 1240), WMRD AM 1150, WLIS AM 1420, WELI AM 960, WAVZ AM 1300, WPRX AM 1120, WNTY AM 990 and WMAS AM 1450 in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Additionally, Dooley is the play-by-play voice of the University of Hartford Men's Basketball Team. Dooley resides in West Hartford with his wife, Marne, and their sons, Joseph and Ryan

'GameDay' Conor Geary has been with the Hartford Yard Goats in a variety of capacities since 2015. Originally on the promotions and mascot team, Conor became the Director of Event Services in October of 2017 after nearly a decade working in the hospitality industry. After the COVID-19 interruption, Conor re-joined the Goats in April of 2024.

Born in Hartford, Conor has called Connecticut 'home' all his life. A 2009 graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, New York, Conor holds his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Management. In the Spring of 2018 he was invited to be the on-field Host for Yard Goats Baseball. Over the years, his role on the microphone has grown both locally and nationally. Conor boasts Hosting roles with the New Engalnd Patriots, UConn Athletics, the WNBA's Connecticut Sun, the NCAA, the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, the Hartford Marathon Foundation, various corporate and non-profit organizations and more.

Conor lives in Wethersfield with his wife, Victoria, and their two daughters Harper Rose and Emersyn - and their playful Goldendoodle, Tully. In his spare time, he enjoys stolling Old Wethersfield with his family, sipping a nice bourbon, annhilating a golf course, and watching his favorite sports teams. Whether on the field, on the court, or in the office, it's always a fun GameDay when Conor's around!

Mia began her career with the Yard Goats as a Sponsorship and Promotions Senior Associate, before being promoted to Promotions Manager in 2025.

Prior to joining the Yard Goats, Mia graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a minor in Sports Management from Eastern Connecticut State University. While in school, Mia gained valuable experience with the Massachusetts Pirates, United Soccer League, and XL Center (now People’s Bank Arena).

A Manchester, CT native, Mia currently resides in Hartford and spends her free time playing soccer, trying new foods, and watching Nebraska volleyball.

Mike has been a member of the organization since the 2014 season when he started out as a Production Staff member for the Rock Cats, mostly operating cameras during the games. As a member of the Yard Goats Production Staff in 2017 and 2018, he operated the video board as well as assisted in video and graphics creation. As Director of Production & Creative Services, Mike works to create a top-notch baseball production for both the fans in Dunkin' Park and those watching the games on MiLB.tv and Bally Sports Live.

A Newington native, Mike graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2017 with a BA in Film, Television and Media Arts. While at Quinnipiac, he was Co-Executive Producer for the morning talk show on Quinnipiac's student-run television station, Q30. He was also Sound Designer for various Quinnipiac Theater for the Community productions. In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing and playing bass guitar in his jam band.

Aliyah joined the Hartford Yard Goats in 2024 as a Digital Content Creator. Her digital marketing journey began in 2018 as an intern with Norcom Mortgage, where she discovered her passion for using social media to tell stories that celebrate people, culture, and community.

She graduated from the University of Hartford in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, concentrating in Public Relations and Advertising. Outside of work, Aliyah enjoys serving in ministry and connecting with others through her faith.

Jeff, a Berlin, CT native, joined the Yard Goats organization in January 2025. After just one month as a Box Office intern, he was promoted to a full-time role as the Box Office Coordinator.

While studying Sport Management at Springfield College, he worked in various areas of sport with organizations such as the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, Yale Athletics, and the College Football Playoff.

A true Chicago Bears and UConn Basketball fan, Jeff rarely misses a game and can always be found rooting for his teams.

Steve is entering his 15th season in Minor League Baseball, bringing over a decade of experience and leadership in ticket sales, promotions, and event management. He currently serves as the Director of Ticket Sales for the Hartford Yard Goats, a role he’s held since being promoted following the 2019 season.

Steve began his professional journey in baseball as an intern with the Connecticut Tigers (Short Season Single-A, Detroit Tigers) in 2012. He returned in 2013 as the Events and Promotions Manager, playing a key role in the planning and execution of the 2013 New York–Penn League All-Star Game. From 2014 to 2015, Steve served as Group Sales Manager for the New Britain Rock Cats, further solidifying his expertise in fan engagement and revenue generation.

With the Yard Goats from 2017-2019 he served as Ticket Sales Manager, where he led strategic initiatives to grow ticket revenue and improve the fan experience, ultimately earning his promotion to Director of Ticket Sales.

Steve earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University, where he was actively involved in student life as President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

A Connecticut native now living in Avon, Steve enjoys an active lifestyle, participating in several WAKA sports leagues. In his free time, you can find him hiking, golfing, or catching up on business news with The Wall Street Journal—all while blasting a little country music! A proud Mountaineer, Steve continues to bring passion, energy, and leadership to every season.

Matt is entering his thirteenth year working in Minor League Baseball after spending his first two years with the New Britain Rock Cats. He joined the team as a Ticket Operations Assistant prior to the 2014 MiLB season. Matt currently works as the Hospitality Manager.

He graduated from Springfield College in Massachusetts in 2013 with a degree in Sports Management. While attending Springfield he completed an internship in the ticket office of the XL Center in Downtown Hartford, and worked closely with the CT Whale hockey team of the AHL (now Hartford Wolf Pack). Also during his time at Springfield, Matt competed for the Springfield College wrestling team and helped with the planning of events on campus.

A native of Wells, Maine, Matt cheers for all of the major Boston area sports teams and considers himself to be a bit of a trivia wiz. Until he gets the call to be on Jeopardy, Matt can be found at Dunkin' Park where he looks to make your game day experience a home run (pun totally intended)!

Jacob is a native of Akron, Ohio. He studied sports management and marketing at The University of Akron and in 2017 graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management and a Minor in Consumer Marketing. In 2017, Jacob began working as a Group Sales Representative for the Pawtucket Red Sox. In 2018 he joined the Yard Goats Staff as a Ticket Sales Account Executive. Going into the 2022 season he was promoted to Senior Ticket Sales Account Executive. Going into the 2023 season he was promoted to Group Sales Manager, where he still servers managing the groups and hospitality ticket sales staff.

In his free time he likes being outdoors, or going to see friends. Depending on what season it is you can expect Jacob to be watching his favorite sports teams the Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers, and Guardians.

Keegan joined the Yard Goats during the 2023 season as a Box Office Assistant before being promoted to Ticket Sales Account Executive in October 2024. Prior to joining the Yard Goats, Keegan worked for a number of college and professional teams across Connecticut, including Central Connecticut State University (NCAA D1), Quinnipiac University (NCAA D1), the New Britain Bees (FCBL), and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL). In these roles, he gained key experience in a range of fields, including ticket sales, stadium/field operations, social media, and media relations.

Keegan graduated from CCSU in May 2022 before receiving a Master's degree in Sports Management from Southern Connecticut State University in August 2024. A native of Southington, Connecticut, Keegan enjoys cheering on his favorite teams - the New York Yankees, New England Patriots, and New York Rangers. Outside of Dunkin' Park, you can find Keegan spending time with friends and family or pursuing his passions in sports media.

Cole Crynock is a Senior Account Executive specializing in Partnerships and Ticket Sales.

A proud native of the Hartford area, Cole earned his degree in Sport Management from Springfield College, where he also played baseball. During his time there, he built a strong foundation in the industry with experiences at the American Hockey League, the International Volleyball Hall of Fame, and the New Hampshire Fisher Cats.

Outside the office, Cole enjoys staying active—especially running—and is a lifelong fan of the New England Patriots. He’s passionate about fitness, competition, and finding opportunities to challenge himself both personally and professionally.

Spencer graduated from Springfield College in 2024 with a degree in Sport Management, where he competed in track and field for three seasons. He gained experience with Peak Sports MGMT at Holy Cross and the Springfield Thunderbirds before joining the Goats in May 2024. Originally from West Hartford, CT, Spencer now works as a Ticket Sales Account Executive, specializing in fundraiser outings and partnerships with nonprofit organizations.

Chris started with the Hartford Yard Goats in 2024. Prior to joining the team, he worked at his father's martial arts school selling memberships and coaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in his home town of Houston, Texas. Chris graduated from Texas A&M University (Gig 'em!) in 2023 with a degree in Sport Management, interning with the athletic department his senior year.

Chris is an avid supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles, the New York Yankees, the Houston Rockets, and the Fightin' Texas Aggies.

Outside of work he enjoys gaming, building Gunpla, and spending time with his lovely girlfriend, Sofia.

Pete joined the Hartford Yard Goats front office full-time in July 2025, after serving as a Ticket Sales Senior Associate to begin the season. He is a native of Berlin, Connecticut, and graduated from Central Connecticut State University in May 2025.

While at CCSU, Pete spent two years managing the university’s Intramural Sports program. During that time, he created and hosted The CCSU Classic, the school’s first-ever extramural basketball tournament, which brought together teams from eight local universities.

Prior to joining the Yard Goats, he interned with the Massachusetts Pirates of the Indoor Football League (IFL) and the Nashua Silver Knights of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League (FCBL), focusing on ticket sales and box office operations.

Pete's passions, beyond his role at the ballpark, include coaching and youth sports development. He currently coaches American Legion 13U baseball for Berlin Post 68 and has served as an assistant coach for Berlin HS Men's Swim & Dive since 2022.

Ryan first started her career in sports while enrolled at West Virginia University where she worked for the West Virginia University Women's Soccer team. After earning her Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management, along with a double minor in Fashion Merchandising and Communications, Ryan continued her career working at sports marketing firms until joining the Hartford Yard Goats in January 2022 as the Merchandise Coordinator.

Following the 2023 season, Ryan was elevated to the position of Merchandise Manager, where she is responsible for overseeing retail operations, including buying and e-commerce activities.

In her spare time, Ryan enjoys reading, adventuring with her dogs and spending time with family and friends.

Isabella joined the Hartford Yard Goats in January 2025, bringing with her three years of experience in various roles with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats organization.

A native of Weare, New Hampshire, Isabella is set to complete her undergraduate degree in Sport Management and Promotion from the University of Saint Joseph (CT) in December 2025. During her time at USJ, she served as captain of the field hockey team and vice president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

In her free time, Isabella enjoys coaching youth field hockey, spending time with her family, and supporting all Boston sports teams.
