What does my ticket entry include?

All tickets are general admission and get you access to the breathtaking view of more than 2 million lights with fantastic themed areas, a light maze, light shows, s'mores and visits with Santa Claus!* Kids 2 years and younger do not require tickets. Ticket prices vary by night.

*NOTE: Santa will be available for photos through December 23rd.

Is there food available?

Yes! A variety of food choices will be available, as well as holiday-themed drinks and concessions throughout the concourse.

Can I walk around more than once?

Yes! Once you're inside, you may stay as long as you'd like!

What are the hours of the event?

Sunday - Thursday 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (last entry @ 8:00 p.m.)

Friday - Saturday 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (last entry @ 9:00 p.m.)

New Years Eve

6 p.m. - 12 a.m.

Are dogs allowed?

With the exception of service dogs, all other dogs are allowed only on our select Lights & Leashes dates (11/30, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 12/28). Dogs do not require tickets on our select Lights & Leashes dates.

Can I buy tickets online?

The Box Office here at Segra Stadium is open for in-person purchases, however fans are encouraged to purchase online and in advance of event date for ease of entry and to save on day of event pricing. Our Box Office at Segra Stadium is available to accommodate any ticketing issues and will be open for in-person purchases on day of event. PLEASE NOTE - ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE CASHLESS. What is the rain policy?

In the event that an event is canceled due to inclement weather, we will immediately update our website and social media as soon as we have information. Weather can change quickly, so be sure and stay tuned to these channels for any and all updates! If no further updates are posted, no further changes to event time have been made.

Certain areas of the stadium may remain closed due to inclement weather, particularly heavy rain and/or lightning. A specific answer as to which areas will be closed or which areas remain open is not possible because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different areas. We make every effort to reopen the entire ballpark as quickly and safely as possible.

In the event that the event is officially cancelled, you will be able to exchange your ticket to any remaining 2025 Fayetteville Holiday Lights date (based on availability, no refunds will be issued). In order to do this, simply hold on to your ticket and bring it to the Box Office here at Segra Stadium when you have picked out a new date.

Will Santa be there?

Yes! Santa will be available every night through December 23rd.

Can I bring in strollers or wheelchairs?

Yes, we allow both.

Is there a discount for military, seniors, or large groups?

Yes, military receive a ticket discount on all nights (with proof of military ID in our ticket office) and seniors are discounted on Silver Bells Tuesdays (12/2, 12/16, 12/23, 12/30). Service members also receive FREE tickets on our Military Monday dates (12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 12/29). Family & friends accompanying service members can get discounted $8 tickets. How do you become a vendor?

Is there a charge for parking?

Is there assigned seating?

All tickets are general admission. While this is a walk-through event, we do have several areas around the ballpark for guests to sit down, relax and enjoy the show.
