Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) was formed in 2021 to support, promote and enhance Minor League Baseball Clubs affiliated with Major League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation and investment.

DBH harnesses the magic of Minor League Baseball through iconic Clubs across North America to preserve our national pastime by driving the future of the sport forward through innovation and best-in-class experiences that impact local communities and provide fun, affordable, family entertainment accessible to everyone.

In his role as President, Jeff manages the strategic direction of the business and all of its assets/partnerships specifically focusing on business development, sales, marketing, and overall business operations functions. 2018 set a milestone for the Augusta franchise as they opened the award winning and brand new $42M+ "state of the art" SRP Park. The park in its first season helped the team achieve a franchise attendance record.

Jeff spent the previous ten years at Ripken Baseball where he served as the Executive Vice President, responsible for business development efforts and executive level sales direction for the Company. Under his influence, Jeff led the start-up and management of the Aberdeen IronBirds which sold out every game under his watch for ten straight seasons, as well as the launch of the Florida State League's most successful start-up in league history, the Charlotte Stone Crabs. Jeff also worked for Mandalay Sports Entertainment starting as an Account Executive and eventually serving as the Executive Vice President of the Las Vegas Triple-A franchise. During his tenure in Las Vegas the club set franchise records in sponsorships and ticket sales.

Jeff holds Bachelors in Sports Management from the University of Maryland and has had the honor of being recognized with numerous awards such as, Executive of Year honors_, Larry MacPhail Promotional Award, John H. Johnson President's Trophy, Bob Freitas Award_ for Outstanding Minor League Operations and Baltimore's _"Top 40 under40" _by the Baltimore Business Journal.

Brandon Greene embarks on his 18th season in Minor League Baseball and his 8th with the Augusta GreenJackets. In the summer of 2017, Brandon was named General Manager after being the Assistant General Manager from 2015-2017.

A native of Muncie, Indiana, Brandon graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Sport and Business Administration. In 14 years Brandon has lived up the East Coast with previous stops in Daytona Beach, FL (Daytona Cubs), Allentown, PA (Lehigh Valley IronPigs) and Richmond, VA (Richmond Flying Squirrels.)

Did You Know:

In Brandon's free time, he likes spending time on the golf course, the beach, and cheering on his favorite sports teams - Reds, Colts, Indiana Hoosiers, Ball State Cardinals, and Notre Dame Fightin' Irish.

Melinda joins the GreenJackets Front Office staff fresh off the 2022 Season, having helped out in the Cash Room during games and events.

With 20+ years of accounting and finance experience in both non-profit and for-profit companies, Melinda is excited to dive into the sports world!

Did You Know: Melinda's grandson is involved in travel ball with a North Augusta team. She enjoys cheering on him and his team!

Austin Lowndes is in his 10^th season with the Augusta GreenJackets as the Director of Ticket Sales. He spent the final season at Lake Olmstead Stadium as the Food and Beverage Intern before moving into the ticketing department.

Austin was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida but moved to Augusta at a young age after his father took a management position as a PGA certified clubmaker. He graduated in December 2017 with a degree in Marketing from Augusta University. Austin is a huge Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Did you know: Austin rode next to Terry Pendelton on a bus to Game 4 of the 2021 World Series, and talked sports the whole way.

Yari is entering her 12th season in sports (11th season in minor league baseball), and her 5th season with the GreenJackets. Before joining the GreenJackets, Yari most recently worked with the Cleveland Cavaliers and their franchise properties (AHL, NBA G-League, AFL and ESports). Her previous stints include 3 seasons each with the El Paso Chihuahuas (Pacific Coast League, '14-'16) and the York Revolution (Atlantic League, '11-'13). Originally from the "Island of Enchantment" (also known as Puerto Rico), she moved to the US in 2011 to pursue her career in sports after graduating from Universidad Metropolitana with a Major in Business Administration and Minors in Communications and Marketing.

Yari is a NY Yankees fan (#GotRings) and when the NFL is in season roots for the NY Giants.

Did You Know:

Fully bilingual (English and Spanish, since the age of 6), she's half Puerto Rican and half Dominican, she fell while horseback riding 3 times in her lifetime (as a child), has a combined 17 siblings (she comes in at #11), she has 2 Championship rings from her previous baseball franchises and was the captain of her JV volleyball teams in middle school and co-captain of her varsity volleyball teams in high school.

Milena was a Game Day Intern in 2021 working in various departments. She joined the staff as a Ticket and Group Sales Intern in 2022, and now taking a full-time position with the Sales Team for the 2023 season.

Born in Cleveland Ohio but moved down to North Augusta SC at a young age. Milena attended Columbia International University and received her Bachelors with a double major in Sport Management and Bible with a minor in Business Administration. Milena was on the Softball team as well.

Did you Know: Milena coaches fantasy football, baseball, and basketball.

Noah joined the Augusta GreenJackets in September of 2023 as a Account Executive with the Ticket Sales Team.

Noah's hometown is Fitchburg, Massachusetts and he attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He received his Bachelors in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management.

Previously, Noah worked with the Massachusetts Pirates (Indoor Football League) for two years with their Ticket Sales Team. He also was a chef for seven years!

Did You Know: Noah is a Boston Sports Fan (Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins & Celtics) and he is trying to see every MLB Ballpark. He's currently at 16 out of 30!

Maggie is a dedicated ticket operations intern with experience in ticketing and customer service. She grew up on Hilton Head Island. Maggie earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of South Carolina Aiken in May 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management at Louisiana State University, set to graduate in May 2025.

With hands-on experience in both marketing and ticket operations, Maggie worked as an undergraduate assistant with USC Aiken athletics department, interned with the Savannah Ghost Pirates (ECHL) in marketing and community outreach, and gained ticket operations experience with the Columbus Blue Jackets (NHL).

Did You Know: Outside of sports, Maggie enjoys spending time with her dog, Boba, lived in Canada as a child, and loves concerts.

This is Catie's fourth season with the Augusta GreenJackets having joined in 2020 and bringing eight years of experience in the sports industry, six being in professional baseball. Prior to moving to Augusta, she was a part of the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (NY), the Lake Erie Crushers (OH) of the Frontier League, the Frederick Keys (MD), and the Great Falls Voyagers (MT).

Native to Syracuse, NY, Catie graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY with a Bachelors in Sports Management.

Did You Know: Catie took part in an Intergenerational Living Project; she spent a year living in an Independent Senior Living facility and assisted with various activities such as calling Bingo, doing nails, and leading morning stretches.

Caoilinn (Kee-lin) joined the GreenJackets January of 2023. She previously spent time with the Voyagers (Pioneer League) in Great Falls, Montana and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Caoilinn was originally born in Atlanta but moved to Southern California at a young age and grew up there. She is a proud alumna of the University of Alabama’s New College. Through this program she was able to design her own major and graduated with a bachelor's in interdisciplinary studies and a depth study in Sports Management in 2020.

Did you know:

Caoilinn is a huge fan of live music and has attended over 100 concerts and live performances. If she had to choose, some of her highlights would be (in no particular order) Bruce Springsteen, Hozier, Elton John, Harry Styles, The Eagles, and Trisha Yearwood.

Wes is a familiar face in the CSRA and is thrilled to be back! He joined the Augusta GreenJackets staff in 2023. Prior to moving into the sports industry, Wes worked in local television. He previously served as a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor at a station in Knoxville, TN and in the same capacities at WJBF NewsChannel 6 in Augusta from 2018 to 2021. Wes started out as a news producer in Huntsville, AL shortly after finishing college in 2017.

A Whitwell, TN native, Wes is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where he majored in journalism.

Did You Know: While working at WJBF, Wes was on the field with the Braves at Truist Park covering the team's 2021 World Series victory.

Adam Latta kicks off his 7th season in minor league baseball, joining the GreenJackets teams in the fall of 2021, as the Manager, Retail Merchandise. Prior to Augusta, Adam worked five years with the Durham Bulls in 2015-2017, 2019 and 2021, and one year with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans in 2018.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Adam attended Coastal Carolina University and majored in Recreation and Sport Management. He graduated in 2019. Adam is an avid college basketball fan (Let's Go Duke!) and hockey fans (Carolina Hurricanes).

Adam met Zion Williamson in 2019 while he was playing for Duke!

Michael joins the Augusta GreenJackets for his second season of GreenJackets Baseball and SRP Park Events. Originally from Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Michael received his degree in Hospitality Management: Hotel/Restaurant from St. Clair College (2012-2014).

Michael has 10 years in the hospitality industry: seven years in Hotels, 4 Season aboard a sightseeing cruise ship along the Detroit River, and 1.5 years working for The Walt Disney Company. Michael was originally brought on with Oak View Group before joining the GreenJackets staff.

Did You Know: Michael co-hosted a sports podcast and wants to own his own food truck someday!

Andrew heads into his 8th year in baseball and third season with the Augusta GreenJackets. He joined mid-season in 2021 as the Director of Stadium Operations. Prior to Augusta, Andrew worked with the Tennessee Smokies (2016) as a Stadium Operations Intern, the Charlotte Stone Crabs (2017-2019) as the Stadium Operations Manager, and the Wichita Wind Surge (2019- May 2021) as the Stadium Operations Manager.

Andrew graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina with a B.S. in Sports Management and a minor in Business.

Adam joins the GreenJackets for the 2021 Championship Season. Originally from Tehachapi, California, Adam graduated from Nazarene University with a degree in Sports Management.

Adam brings three years of baseball with him to Augusta. He started as a Sales Intern with the Boise Hawks in May 2018, then became the Food and Beverage Coordinator for two years.

Darrell Lemmer embarks on his fourth season with the Augusta GreenJackets as the Sports Turf Operation Manager. He spent a short stint with the GreenJackets in their last season at Lake Olmstead Stadium in 2017. He is responsible for daily field management, game/practice set up and other outside events.

Before joining back up with the GreenJackets he was the Groundskeeper II with the Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training Complex March 2018-December 2018, the Sports Turf Manager at Jackie Robinson Ballpark from 2005-2008, Field Crew Coordinator- Softball in Athens and on the organizing committee for the Olympics, along with stints with the Arizona State Sundevils and the NFL.

Darrell was born in Schofield, Wisconsin and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in History. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf. His favorite sports teams are the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, Manchester City FC & the Arizona State University Sundevils.

Jesse joins the GreenJackets as an Assistant Groundskeeper. Originally from North Augusta, SC, Jess has owned and operated his own landscaping business, Wild Oak Kand Management.
